Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the pwinph Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pwinph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated therewith.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pwinph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pwinph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pwinph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
pwinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pwinph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pwinph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. pwinph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

pwinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, pwinph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Upon termination for reasons other than cause (e.g., voluntary closure or inactivity), any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pwinph customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and pwinph, you agree to first contact pwinph customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pwinph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
